Primordial Sound Meditation
My meditation journey started about 25 years ago with a first introduction to the Transcendental Meditation (TM) and continuing my spiritual development by becoming a certified Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation teacher. Ever since I started meditating, I experienced many changes in my life. Less stress, more happiness, harmony, love and an unfolding of different stages of consciousness.
Now I feel that the moment for me has come to pass these beautiful teachings on to people who are interested in meditation and are willing to explore the full potentiality of life.
The Primordial Sound Meditation instruction consists of four parts:
- Introduction; causes of stress and how to deal with stress; the hourglass of life
- Personal instruction; you will receive your own mantra
- Practical things you should know about meditation
- Explanation of the seven levels of consciousness

Crochet and knitting has been my passion for many years.
I even ran a yarn shop in the Netherlands from 2010 till 2017. But the universe had other plans for me. I landed up in Thiersee, Austria in the summer of 2018, as a yoga- and meditation teacher, which is the joy of my life.
